These Terms of Service ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between you and CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas ("we," "us," or "Company") regarding your use of Holiday Reel Fun.

- Stream your gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch (subject to platform terms)
- Discuss and review Holiday Reel Fun in fan communities
Copyright Claims: If you believe content in Holiday Reel Fun infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to our support team with subject 'Copyright Notice'.
Feedback Rights: Any suggestions or feedback you submit to CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas may be used freely without obligation to you.

No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Holiday Reel Fun, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Holiday Reel Fun shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.

Indemnity

Dispute Resolution

Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.
Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will proceed to binding individual arbitration, conducted in English, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

Account Termination
Termination can happen voluntarily or for cause. Here's what each situation means.
You have the right to stop using Holiday Reel Fun and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.
Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.
After Termination:
- Your license to use Holiday Reel Fun ends immediately
- App-specific access or saved settings in a terminated account may become unavailable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (like IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) remain in effect
Service Shutdown: CompuMar. Soluciones Informáticas reserves the right to discontinue Holiday Reel Fun entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

Which Laws Apply

When Changes Apply
Updated Terms take effect on their effective date. Your continued use of Holiday Reel Fun after the effective date constitutes your acceptance.

Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
